Get up and dance in His love
Friday, October 24, 2008 - Boys vs Girls

A comment by Silly Flower on Lynnie's blog which I find TOTALLEEEEE amusing~

The difference between an all boys outing and an all girls outing:

A boys’ night out:

The boys meet up for a hearty meal at a restaurant. During dinner, they engage in an intense conversation regarding girls, balls and the defence of the country. After eating till as much as their stomach would allow, they spend 5 minutes discussing their next activity. With not much options available, they decide to proceed on to engage in an intense battle at a LAN shop for the next three hours. Before returning home, they proceed for another round of supper again. They return home with their stomachs full and wallets lighter. Tired out, they take a 5 minutes bath and plonk straight into bed.

A girls’ night out:

The girs meet up for a hearty meal at a restaurant. During dinner, they engage in an intense conversation regarding guys, fashion and their contributions towards stimulating the ailing economy. After eating till as much as their diet program would allow, they spend 50 minutes discussing their next activity. They wonder if they should go shopping or engage in another more productive activity. In the meantime, of course, they also take turns to make faces at their favorite gadget - the camera. In the end, they decide that shopping is their most productive activity and proceed on to engage in an intense battle at the nearest shopping mall for the next three hours. Before returning home, they proceed for another round of posing and making faces at the camera. They return home with their cameras full and wallets considerably lighter. Tired out, they take a short 30 minutes bath, and plonk into bed.. but not without checking out the bathroom scale first.

That evoked lots of laughs from me.

I do do do miss LQ terribly.

It's been 6 months since he's gone in and for a person who's first love language is quality time, I sure ain't getting much.

But but but, no complaining because it's not easy for him either.

The times I do get to see him, he's so tired that he can just doze off but I know that he really tries very very hard to spend time with me when he books out.

Just want to let you know that I do appreciate the effort you make.

Sometimes I just wish you were here to share the happy moments with me.

That when I call you, you can just come out of your house and meet up with me.

Freedom, one of the precious things in life that you don't treasure till it's taken away from you.

The system that I indirectly have to subscribe to also.

Stick with me yeah.
