- One break please
Weekends have always been hectic.Which is why I’m looking forward to this Friday and Saturday. Though there are events at night, my daytime free. Last day of work is this Thursday and I am happy! Finally, my well-deserved break is coming up. 10 months of non-stop work since internship calls for rest, much rest. Need to look for new lobang though, to finance myself. Expenditure will continue going up because it is quite impossible for me to spend little unless I stay at home and rot the whole day. HAPPY BIRTHDAY SHOUT OUT TO BESTIE CHARITY AND SILLY FLOWER! Charity is loved by me! Haha. So much blessings and the standard is going up, What will happen on our 50th birthdays??? Fireworks in the sky? Haha. Love you girl, hope you enjoyed yourself as much as I did. And I’m glad to see you so happy :) Greatly blessed through Friday’s BS and Sunday’s Speedlight msg. Somehow they linked. And how timely it was. Why did Jesus have to die such a gruesome death on the cross? Why not execution or hanging? Such is the gruesomeness of our sins, that death on the cross can depict that. How dirty our sins are, how disgusting, That the worst kind of death in those days was what Jesus bore for us in obedience to God. How God turned His face away from Jesus on the cross, Because He could not bear to see His son in such a state, But it had to be done, For us. No more animal sacrifices because the ultimate sacrifice has already taken place, How free the flow of blood is, to clense us, the unrighteous. Wanted by law, saved by grace. Philippians 2:5-11 Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Hebrews 10:1-17 For the law, having a shadow of the good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with these same sacrifices, which they offer continually year by year, make those who approach perfect. For then would they not have ceased to be offered? For the worshipers, once purified, would have had no more consciousness of sins. But in those sacrifices there is a reminder of sins every year. For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and goats could take away sins. Therefore, when He came into the world, He said: “Sacrifice and offering You did not desire, But a body You have prepared for Me. In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin You had no pleasure. Then I said, ‘Behold, I have come— In the volume of the book it is written of Me— To do Your will, O God.’” Previously saying, “Sacrifice and offering, burnt offerings, and offerings for sin You did not desire, nor had pleasure in them” (which are offered according to the law), then He said, “Behold, I have come to do Your will, O God.” He takes away the first that He may establish the second. By that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. And every priest stands ministering daily and offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins. But this Man, after He had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down at the right hand of God, from that time waiting till His enemies are made His footstool. For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are being sanctified. But the Holy Spirit also witnesses to us; for after He had said before, “This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, says the LORD: I will put My laws into their hearts, and in their minds I will write them,” then He adds, “Their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.” Now where there is remission of these, there is no longer an offering for sin. ~ Looking forward to spend time with my boy this weekend. We haven’t caught up for three weeks, too long. It really hasn’t been easy on him, don’t give up ok? I feel that he hasn’t really been himself, the stresses of army I guess.
