- Pink is the new Red
I met up with IT on Tuesday to do some major shopping. I’ve not been shopping for quite a while and since the GSS was here and my pay just came in, it was time for a bit of retail therapy! I bought 3 dresses (2 were online) and 2 spag tops. Ok technically, IT bought a black dress from Forever 21 for my belated birthday present! Thanks so much, I was really surprised at his generousity and it was quite funny seeing him follow me around the shop. I was deciding between the black dress and another red dress (which I totally love!) for the longest time and he was wondering aloud why girls take so long to choose one damn dress. Ha, that’s how ladies function! We must weigh the pros and cons and stand there and slowly decide before buying, not like guys who just buy without really thinking. In the end, we decided on the black dress, argh, I really love the red dress a lot too!Anyway we walked around a lot more and IT needed to get a present for his girlfriend so we walked and walked and walked and my feet were aching like shit because of the three inch heels and I used my memory power and we finally found Aldo accessories. Woohoo! I saw one of the chio-est watches ever! It’s baby pink with diamonds (fake of course) set in it and it’s 65 bucks. I'm going to get it but I’m have to wait for my next pay if not I’ll be broke this month. I really hope they’ll still have the stock! Because of my good taste, IT ended up buying that watch for his girlfriend. Argh, I keep thinking about that watch. Ok, stop it Rachel. We had dinner at Pastamania to satisfy my pasta craving and also because he’s a vegetarian. Talked about IT’s stuff. Don’t worry yeah IT, just take it one day at a time, don’t think too much! I hope everything’s going fine with you. We shared a cab home, good thing he stays blocks away from me only, and we managed to skip the taxi queue a bit because there was a cab going to Tampines only. Thanks for footing the fare and the dress, love it! Haha, it’s funny how our friendship grew from MI days, if I never went to MI I would have never met a goofy person like you. Thanks for being someone I can click with and who can take my nonsense especially the MRT thing, haha. Can’t wait for July because I’m going to get my hands on the pink watch. IT, you better come with me and find it. |
