- i love the hols 06/04
 i love my holidays :) ok some of you may think that i'm mad, slacking all my hols away and doing nothing productive at all. but hey! i have learnt things ok! for example, i'm doing housework everyday, vacuuming, ironing, you name it, i do it. ok except for washing toilets. isn't this good preparation for my future family? i can imagine them oohing and aahing, "wow mum! you're the best! we have the cleanest house in the entire neighbourhood!" and i'll grin spastically.another plus point: catching up with friends. caught ice age 2 with christabel yesterday. it's an ok show. not worth a weekend ticket. we both agreed that ice age 1 is much better. but the sloath never fails to crack me up. reminds me of myself sometimes. ok whatever. stayed over at charity's house last saturday with ber. haha it was so fun! we talked in mac till 4 plus in the morning. we talked about everything under the sun, 10 top honeymoon spots, 10 qualities of our ideal guy/girl, blah blah... and there was this pervertic man who kept staring at us. all the while when he was eating he was staring at us and after he finished he continued staring openly at us. ber got freaked out so we decided to change seats. oh ber! i can't stop laughing about the one-toed freak!!! poor guy can't wear flip flops. and when he goes for a pedicure? "mam! do you count this as one toe or five?" i couldn't stop laughing. cruel, yes i know. hahathen we went back to char's house and watched our all time fav movie, the parent trap. char fell asleep soon enough and ber and i decided, nah, we were too wide awake so we went to my house to bathe and then guess wad, we fell asleep! it at 6 plus and we were supposed to finish up the second disc but i guess we got tired. we woke up at 9 and met char at mac to have breakfast and then we went to church. i just love my best friends. i guess best friends and close friends are people who you don't have to catch up and talk to all the time but you can still maintain that same intimacy whenever you meet up. they are always there for you. when you're having a hard time, just being with them and laughing good-naturedly at their efforts to cheer you up, wow! thank God for blessing me with such wonderful friends :)  well, guess wad i signed up for Gems? MICROBE DISEASES. like wow. i'm gonna be a scientist. sounds so chim right? but it's at business block so i don't have to walk far. i hope it's interesting though. argh. even though i couldn't get photography cos i missed the first appt. why? overslept. how typical. but nvm, there's always next sem. hmm, went to town with linda and wei xiong today to get john's birthday present, crumpler bag. shared among 15 ppl. it's nice. ok i was late. but long story. hope he likes it. but he already knows wad we're getting. haha. ok i'm off to play sims now. ciao! |
