- the first day of sem 2
back to school.back to books. back to projects. back to boring lectures. back to boring tutorials. back to foodcourt 6. BUT back to dmc 1b04! really missed everyone!!! today lessons started at 9 am instead of 8 am. thank God! 1 more hour to sleep. it rained on the way to school and as usual i was late in meeting my classmates at dover mrt station. haha sorry guys. our first lesson of the day was WB [web publishing] oh my gosh! computer software! i'm going to die! i'm a computer idiot as last sem proved. haha but the teacher is not bad la i guess. she's nice and helpful. today just learnt some basic html. quite interesting. then we had lecture straight after that at 11 am. FUNE [fundamentals of economics] sounds heavy sia. anyway our lecturer.... er.. i really don't know what to say. she's in her late thirties i guess and she looks and dresses like the 80's? haha and she talks super fast can??? like a bullet train! and her pronounciation is like zun lor! i thoink she's quite strict and she kept saying," i need silence to teach. if i don't have silence, i will talk nonsense and then you guys will receive nonsense." guys can't leave long hair, girls can't wear spag straps, and we cannot wear flip flops esp those which look jap. like...??? haha. and her sense of humour??? haha me and suffy just stared at each other in disbelief. believe it or not, her dream car is a duno wad car which costs $2.8 million and only 25 units are sold so far. and what's more! after you buy it you can't drive it yet! you have to go to the US to learn how to drive the car for 6 months first. haha. but i guess she knows her stuff well. we had a one hour break followed by another lecture. IPRA [haha some public relations thingy] suffy and i were practically sleeping through the whole lecture. like so sian can??? our lecture is in his fourties i guess and he reads off the screen lor! i think i can lecture also! i duno how i'm gg to take it. plus he is leniant and everyone was not paying attention to him but he still droned on and on. can catch up on sleep. last lesson for the day was NW [news writing] sounds quite fun right? but it was quite boring today. basically our teacher is new to SP and she's quite young and nice. but i almost fell asleep when she was explaining the ppt slides. yin, joan and me went to collect our squash jersey after that. it's $26. like quite ex lah. red in colour. adidas. and it's ladies cut so it's quite short. i like the white polo one sia!!! haha. yay tmr can wake up late!!! i need a rest *pats head* |
